Laybuy offers Boh Runga customers a simple interest free payment plan that lets you secure your purchase today and pay for it in 6 equal payments, once a week for 6 weeks.
How does Laybuy work?
We offer Laybuy for all purchases online and in our Ponsonby Bohtique.
You need to register for Laybuy by creating an account. Laybuy performs a credit check to obtain a credit score on all new users upon registration. Once your credit score has been confirmed and your account has been verified, Laybuy assigns your Laybuy limit and you can begin shopping immediately.
When purchasing online follow the below steps;
Step 01: Proceed to checkout as normal and select Laybuy as your payment method.
Step 02: Log in or sign up to Laybuy and complete your order in seconds.
Step 03: Choose your payment day, view your schedule and select pay now.
Step 04: You're done! Your items are on their way. Payments will be taken each week automatically.
When shopping in our Ponsonby Bohtique, one of our friendly staff will be happy to help you set up an account (if you don’t already have one) and process your order for you.
The first payment equal to one sixth of the purchase price occurs once your order is completed. The remaining 5 payments are processed each week on the day of the original purchase from your nominated card. No further action is required and all account information including a payment schedule can be viewed, at any time, through your Laybuy account either online or on the downloaded app.
Once you select Pay by Laybuy at checkout and complete your purchase, we will ship any products directly to you at the delivery address you have requested. If you’re using Laybuy in store, you’ll be able to take your jewellery with you on the day.
How can I pay?
Laybuy accepts payments from debit or credit cards from Mastercard and Visa. Be sure to log into your Laybuy account and find the Saved Cards where you can edit or add new cards accordingly. Please note Laybuy currently do not accept Pre-Paid cards or Bank Transfers.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Boh Runga Jewellery aims to deliver all online orders within 3 business days. If you are waiting for delivery of goods and it is taking longer than you expected or you have received your order with items missing/ damaged you will need to get in touch with Boh Runga Jewellery directly.
Laybuy is not able to amend, adjust or change an order once it is approved - this must be handled directly with Boh Runga Jewellery. Contact the friendly Boh Runga Jewellery customer service team via email, or call for updates on your order. All contact info will be available in your order confirmation.
Will my payments come out automatically?
They sure will! If you have not made a payment through your account before the scheduled payment date, Laybuy automatically takes payment from your designated debit or credit card on that date within the time of 8am - 11am.
You can check your scheduled payment dates at any time by logging into your account.
No one wants to incur late payment fees and you can avoid these by simply making sure you have sufficient funds available on your designated credit or debit card.
What happens to my future instalments if I pay one off early?
If you decide to pay off an instalment earlier than the due date, this will not affect any future instalment due dates. For example, if you pay instalment two of six, instalment three will still be due on the same date and will not change.
What if I want to return my purchase after using Laybuy?
Returns are subject to Boh Runga Jewellery returns policy and all products should be returned according to the steps in this policy. You should contact Boh Runga Jewellery to arrange the return and insure the products are sent back unworn and in a saleable condition.

When Boh Runga Jewellery receives the products, accepts the return and refunds the full amount to Laybuy all future payments for that order will be cancelled. If you have already made one or more payments, the instalments paid will be refunded to the credit/debit card that you used to place the order. Once Laybuy is notified by Boh Runga Jewellery, Laybuy will process the refund immediately and send you an email to confirm that the refund has been applied. The bank may take 5-7 business days to process this amount.
Please note, you will be liable for all payment amounts until Laybuy receives confirmation from Boh Runga Jewellery that a return has been accepted and Laybuy have received the refunded amount into their account.
How much does Laybuy cost?
Laybuy doesn't charge you any interest or upfront fees. If you miss a payment you will be notified immediately. A late payment fee of $10 may be charged in respect of each payment you fail to make on time. Any payment default may also result in our debt collection service contacting you and/or your credit score being affected.
I'm from Australia and/or New Zealand and I don't have a drivers license, can I still sign up to Laybuy?
If you are signing up in New Zealand or Australia, you may be required to present your Drivers License number. Unfortunately at this time, to verify your identity Laybuy currently only accept drivers license details and no other form of personal identification is supported.
Can anyone use Laybuy?
Laybuy is available for New Zealand, Australian and UK residents who are at least 18 years old. Before you can use Laybuy you need to provide us with your full name, residential address, email address and your mobile number for the credit check/verification.
Laybuy will also need your Visa Debit or Credit Card details so that they can deduct the amounts in connection with your purchase.
