Light, Bright & Aromatic - the Feather Kiss looks to recreate the strength & lightweight structure of a dainty feather in a beverage. We take fresh lime to give the drink brightness & backbone, Scapegrace Classic provides ice and sweetness in the form of Orange & liquorice & the combination of Rhubarb & Agave provides a level of Aromatic richness to round out the palate.

Ingredients:

40ml Scapegrace Classic

20ml Fresh Lime 

10ml Egg White

10ml Agave Nectar

Dash of Rhubarb Bitters

Topped with Soda (Optional Highball/Fizz Version)

Garnished with Fresh Pineapple & Mint

Method: 
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin, bar the Soda, Hard shake without ice to emulsify, Pack with cubed ice and Hard shake until the tin is completely frosted.

Fine strain out into a coupete/matinin glass, or pour over cube ice in a highball glass and top with soda.

Garnish with Fresh Pineapple & Mint
