How do I join The Bohnus Club?
Sign up to join The Bohnus Club and receive 50 Bohnus Points as our welcome to you. The Bohnus Club is free to join.
For every $1 you spend in-store or online, you'll earn 1 Bohnus Point on eligible purchases. Make sure you're signed in to your account online or provide the same email address in-store so your points can be applied correctly.
You can also earn points by:
- Signing up to The Bohnus Club (50 points)
- Celebrating your birthday (50 points, once per year)
- Leaving a product review once it's approved and published (50 points)
- Referring a friend (50 points per referral)
Shipping costs are excluded from earning points.

About Boh Runga
Boh started her career in creativity in a different form. A musician and front person for New Zealand multi-platinum selling band stellar*, her song-writing experience enabled her to take her love of telling stories and apply it in a new, tangible way. Always interested in accessories and an avid collector of jewellery and mementoes from traveling throughout New Zealand and overseas, Boh finds joy in the way jewellery can be a reminder of a particular time in your life, of a faraway place or especially of a person.
How Boh Runga Jewellery Began
Boh Runga was born out of a chance opportunity for Boh to design a jewellery collection for bullion business The New Zealand Mint. She found her niche in meaningful designs based on New Zealand native birds, with each piece originating from her hand drawn concepts and telling of each story. As a self-confessed ‘disorganised creative’, Boh partnered with friend Toyah Attwell. While Boh was sketching initial design concepts, Toyah was working with local suppliers on samples and setting up the brand’s first website. Their complementary skill sets have kept the business both grounded and dynamic.
A Note From Boh
Before I started designing jewellery I thought about what kind of jewellery I would like to create. I wanted longevity. I wanted something for everyone; inclusivity and a sense of belonging. I didn’t want to follow trends or be beholden to the tides of fashion. I wanted jewellery that people felt held meaning for them and that would be gifted with that in mind. A reminder of home, of loved ones and of how unique New Zealand is. That was my approach. New Zealand's birdlife was my first foray into design and came about from wanting a little bit of home for people to take with them everywhere.
